Legian Studio
This was our first Pilates studio was established in 2007, at the time being the First Pilates Studio in Legian Bali. Since then, it has become a popular and frequented hub for locals & ex-pats in the Bali community, and tourists looking to maintain
their routines or try something new.
A fully equipped, radiant boutique studio space is designed for both group and private classes, providing all necessary, high-quality, classical Pilates equipment such as mattresses and the reformer. Be guided by our experienced instructors to reach your full potential for mobility, physical, and mental health.

Pilates Class
Total Body
Moving with the flow concentrating on the dynamic of the movement pattern while paying attention to the rhythm of your breathing pattern. Preferable for those who are already familiar with classical movements.
Pilates with Props
Moving with the flow concentrating on the dynamic of the movement pattern while paying attention to the rhythm of your breathing pattern. Preferable for those who are already familiar with classical movements.
Sculpt Class
Stretch Strenght and more stretch to work and body alignment, balance, feeling your body, lengthen and strongly recommended for those with muscle tightness and areas that need toning.
Classical Repertoire
Original Contrology movement emphasises fundamental exercises, alignment posture correction, and correct breathing patterns. Slow moving to get core strength get to the principle of concentration, control, centring, flow movement, precision, and breathing.
Cardio Pilates
For those who want to work more intensely the cardio engagement and sweat this class is more suitable for more intermediate to advance levels and want to challenge using different equipment.
Private Class
A personalized hour-long session designed to concentrate on each individual’s needs. The teacher will evaluate your body, type, posture, and past medical history and address any rehabilitation requirements. Private classes are designed to help you perform the exercises efficiently and with the correct form so that you can get the best results from your workout.
Couples Class
Similar to a private session, couples classes are designed for those wanting to have individualised attention and share it with a partner or friend. Experience an integrative workout using all of the Pilates apparatus and props. Enjoy the benefits of feeling stronger, leaner and healthier. Couples classes are also a fun way to enjoy Pilates at a less expensive rate.
Group Class
Get the most out of your workout in a fun and exciting group setting. Group class use your body weight as the primary source of resistance and are inclusive of various props including foam rollers, magic circles and Swiss balls etc. to add variety and an extra challenge. Group class are open to all fitness levels as the instructor offers modifications for those who are beginners, and variations for the more advanced. If you have any injuries or movement limitations, we highly recommend taking private sessions for assessment and guidance before taking the class.
Rehabilitation Class
Live your best life with our private Pilates rehabilitation programmes designed to meet your specific goals. Rehabilitation class are a safe and effective practice in recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition.
Our highly skilled instructors will plan a Pilates-based exercise program based on a thorough assessment and will work closely with your physical or occupational therapist throughout your progression.
Prenatal & Postnatal Class
Pilates is an ideal form of exercise during pregnancy as it works your core muscles and pelvic floor enabling a fast post-natal recovery. Pregnancy classes are an hour long and hold up to 4 women so the instructors can provide safe personal care and attention. You can join a pregnancy class once you have had your 12-week scan and have approval from your doctor or midwife.
Circuit Class
A circuit class is a program designed to have a full-body workout in a fun way boosting your cardio, strength and flexibility. The group will be divided into small numbers using different Pilates equipment moving to the next station after approx 1 minute. It’s challenging, fun and ensures to stay fit.

Single Class

- GROUP - Group Class on the Mat and Reformer using various props (2-5 People)
- MAT - Group Class on the Mat only using various props (4-8 People)
- PRIVATE or DUO PRIVATE - 1 on 1 or 2 in 1 individual program designed to your needs
*All Pilates Classes are for 1 hour with friendly, professional and experienced teachers
Term & Conditions
- Booking is required to join the class
- Business hours: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Requests received after 7:00 PM will be addressed the following day
- Class cancellations require at least 12 hours notice
- Failure to give 12 hours notice may result in a fee
- For group classes with fewer than 2 participants, there may be a possibility of rescheduling
- All the packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
