These terms describe the use of the Sunset Pilates Bali website and participation in services supplied by Sunset Pilates Bali, located at Jl. Dewi Sri No. 98, Legian Kelod, Kuta, Badung, Bali, Indonesia ("Sunset Pilates Bali", "we", "us"). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and the specific terms provided for your class or package before booking. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

This website provides information about our studios, classes and packages. At present, online booking and package-purchase links take you to Rezerv, an external platform. Your booking or purchase is subject to the applicable class or package conditions disclosed before you confirm it, as well as Rezerv's applicable platform terms. Rezerv's privacy information explains its own handling of personal data. Contact us if information on this website and the booking platform appears inconsistent before proceeding. A website listing alone is not confirmation of a booking.

Please review the conditions shown on the booking platform before you confirm, and keep the confirmation you receive. We do not control the operation of that platform, and the conditions presented there for your booking take effect as described in them.

Please provide accurate booking information and check the studio, class, date, time and package conditions before confirming. Bali studio times are in WITA (UTC+8), unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah unless stated otherwise. Check the final price and any disclosed charges before payment. Package eligibility, expiry, transferability and studio access are as stated in the approved conditions presented for that purchase. We will not retrospectively remove benefits already purchased except where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use the channel shown on the booking platform and do so at least 6 hours before the scheduled class start time. The consequences of a later cancellation or of not attending are set out in the conditions presented for your booking. Package validity, transferability and any refund eligibility also follow those conditions and your legal rights.

We will make the applicable policy available before you confirm a booking or purchase. Please contact us if you need help with a cancellation or payment issue. If we cancel or materially change a class, we will communicate the available remedy under the applicable booking conditions and your legal rights. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy required by law.

Pilates involves physical exertion and equipment use. Risks may include muscle soreness, strains, falls or other injury. Consider whether a class is appropriate for your health and experience. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a condition that could affect safe participation, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before attending when appropriate. Tell your instructor privately about limitations relevant to your session; do not place sensitive medical information in public messages.

Our classes are fitness instruction, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Follow the instructor's directions, use equipment only as instructed, and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty or other concerning symptoms. Tell the instructor and seek medical assistance where needed. This risk notice does not waive your statutory rights or excuse negligence or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional participation or facility consent must be reviewed separately.

Treat staff and other participants respectfully. Follow reasonable hygiene and safety directions. We may stop participation where conduct or equipment use creates a safety risk; any resulting booking or refund issue will be handled under the applicable policy and legal rights. Contact us before booking to discuss accessibility or suitability needs.

Minimum age and guardian requirements, where they apply to a class or package, are stated in the conditions presented for that booking. Please contact us before booking if you have any question about eligibility.

Use only the payment methods offered in the active booking or purchase flow. Do not send card credentials, authentication codes or banking passwords by email or chat. Payment providers may apply their own processing terms. For a payment query, contact us with your booking reference, without sensitive payment credentials.

Payments are processed by the payment provider used in the active booking or purchase flow, and that provider's own terms apply to its handling of payment data.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation or misuse other people's information. Website text, branding and photographs belong to their respective rights holders. Access to the website does not grant a right to reuse those materials beyond permissions allowed by law or granted by the rights holder.

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but schedules and service availability may change. Check the conditions presented before confirming your booking. Links to external services do not mean that their operation or privacy practices are controlled by us. This does not limit our responsibility for our own services or obligations imposed by law.

We may update these terms and will show the effective date on this page. Material changes affecting existing bookings or purchased packages will be communicated as required by the applicable agreement and law. Revised terms are not used to silently withdraw already purchased entitlements.
