Depending on how you interact with us, relevant information may include contact details and messages you provide; booking and package information shared with us through the active booking process; and technical information generated when visiting the website, such as IP address, browser or device information and access logs.

We ask only for the information that is relevant to the purpose at hand, and we do not treat a category as collected merely because it could in principle appear in a log.

Please do not send card credentials, authentication codes or unnecessary medical records through general contact channels.

We process relevant information to respond to enquiries, administer services and bookings, communicate service changes, support website security and meet applicable obligations. We do so only where we have a lawful basis for the processing, and we limit each processing activity to the purpose for which the information was collected.

Marketing, if offered, is explained separately with the applicable choice and opt-out process; requesting a class does not silently subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Booking and purchase links currently lead to Rezerv. Information you provide on that platform is also subject to its applicable privacy information. The booking information we receive depends on what you and the platform provide as part of your booking.

Payment data handling depends on the provider used in the active purchase flow, and that provider's own terms apply to its handling of payment data. If direct website payments are introduced, this notice will be reviewed before activation.

We share personal data with the service providers that help us run our website and services — such as booking, hosting and payment providers — with authorised studio staff, and with recipients where the law requires it. We do not authorise public disclosure of your personal information through this notice.

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Indonesia. Where that happens, we look to the protections required by applicable law.

Cookies and similar technologies can support site functions or measure usage. Which cookies are active, what they are used for and how long they last depend on the features enabled on the site at the time you visit.

Do not send an identity document unless we request it through an appropriate process.

Where Rezerv or another provider is independently responsible for processing, we will identify the relevant contact where appropriate; this does not remove our own responsibilities.

Where a class or service is intended for minors, or requires guardian consent, the applicable requirements are stated in the conditions for that service.

Any health information requested for safe participation is limited to what is relevant, handled privately and processed under an appropriate legal basis and safeguards. Please do not submit detailed medical records unless specifically needed through an approved channel.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or data practices, showing the effective date here. We will provide additional notice or obtain a new choice where required.
